NanoPro assay technology provides a powerful new view of protein post-translational control and cell signaling. Detailed characterization of low abundance proteins in extremely small and precious samples is now possible with the NanoPro 100 system. Utilizing high-resolution capillary isoelectric focusing, only 25 cells per assay are required to resolve protein isoforms with subtle structural differences in primary cells, stem cells, fine needle tumor aspirates and micro-biopsies.
NanoPro assays drive novel discoveries in drug development by characterizing the actions of kinase inhibitor drugs, and detail the impact of diseases and treatments on protein post-translational modifications in biomarker discovery and validation.
